Holiday Potluck/Contest/Fundraiser

Annual Holiday Potluck, Tree Decoration Contest, and Silent Auction Fundraiser
We will start at 5:30pm in our usual rooms and will finish by 8pm. Here’s a rough schedule:
5:30pm: Set up
6:00pm: Dinner
7:00pm: Contest
7:30pm: Fundraiser/Silent Auction
8:00pm: Have a Merry Holiday Season!

As always, there will be prizes for our Holiday Tree Decoration Contest. We will be voting on our top three best decorated trees. Get those creative juices going. The trees do not have to be the best bonsai trees—we want you to show off your decoration skills.
In the holiday gift giving spirit, look around for some extra trees, tools, and bonsai supplies that you would like to donate to the club for the silent Auction so that another club member can enjoy it.
