MBC Meeting – Jay McDonald

Long time club member Jay McDonald will be the guest speaker at our May meeting, doing a demonstration on a satsuki azalea and a talk about the special techniques and care these beautiful bonsai require. As usual Jay will have a plethora of gorgeous bonsai to illustrate the possibilities of the species, and his skill in bringing out the best in them.

Jay has selected a very special Haru no sono azalea for his demo and has already done the clean up and wiring part of the spring work, leaving more time to focus on styling and care during the presentation. This should be a colorful, entertaining and enlightening presentation.
